I forgot to include -- here's a link to the report: “A Critical Review of Impacts of Greenhouse Gas Emissions on the US Climate”. The first figure in the paper shows that the world is getting greener with higher levels of CO2, and the second figure shows that plant roots grow better at 700 ppm.
