So imagine it's a couple months from now, the funding's unlocked. Whoever wins the funding is running programs supporting a new generation of carbon dioxide removal startup companies. That is what we're aiming for.
A couple of FAQs:
Who can sign this? Any human on earth can sign this. You don't have to be a US citizen or whatever.
Is there a deadline? I'm going to send it off to DOE on this Friday, July 31st.
Here is how you help.
1. If you already signed, go share with your friends and re-post my announcement on LinkedIn.
2. If you haven't signed our letter, hit reply and say "yes". Or you can go directly into the Google Doc and type in your name in there.
3. Journalists: a journalist reached out to me about this story, about unlocking this funding for our community. If there's other journalists, you've got buddies who work in media, I would love to hear from them to share this story about unlocking funding for our community.
